Account: your email address, sign-in method, and any profile details you choose to add (name, country, a short note, and your email preference).

Purchases: a record that you own the journal, with the date, amount, and payment reference. We never see or store your full card details.

Quiz: your answers stay in your browser. If you ask us to email your results, we use your email and answers only to send that email.

Journal writing: everything you write in the journal stays on your device and is never sent to us.

To run your account, unlock the journal you bought, send your purchase welcome email and any results email you request, and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information.

We only send emails you asked for or that relate to your purchase. If you join The Quiet Letter, we store your email address to send you a welcome note, the latest letter, and one letter a month. Letters include a small image and link tracking so we can see, in aggregate, whether a letter was opened and which links were clicked. Use the unsubscribe link in any letter, reply to it, or write to lyravael001@gmail.com to be removed.

We use trusted providers for sign-in and data hosting, email delivery, and payments. Our payment partner processes your card and may handle sales tax and receipts. They only process your data as needed to provide their services. Links to Instagram and YouTube are governed by those platforms' own policies.

We use only essential browser storage to keep you signed in and to save your quiz and journal progress on your device. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You can delete your account yourself from your Account page, or email lyravael001@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
